We would like to invite you to spend your vacation in this beautiful wooden house. It is suitable all year round and an ideal place for guests who want peace and relaxation. You live in the surroundings of a nature reserve and on a large plot of land just a few meters from the Szczecin Lagoon. There is a small, tranquil beach next to the house, which can be reached via a protective dam. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find forests, meadows and water, making it an ideal place for nature lovers. There are very good conditions for cyclists, the cycle paths here are particularly beautiful. In the well-kept garden there are many beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs. There is also a fireplace on the property. The property adjoins a small stable with a paddock, which is owned by the owner of the house. The house is well and comfortably furnished. In spring and fall, the main source of heating in the house is the fireplace in the living room, which provides pleasant warmth throughout the house. The large bedroom has air conditioning, which provides pleasant cooling on hot days. The house has a beautiful panoramic view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the terrace and the balcony on the second floor. Horse riding is available at a riding stables 12 km away.

    “Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Frau P. war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und kulant. Der Garten ist im späten Frühjahr und im Sommer am schönsten, wenn alles blüht, war aber auch Anfang April sehr gepflegt. Das Haus kann durch den Kamin mit Holz beheizt werden. Als wir dort waren, war es Außentemperatur zwischen 4 Grad bis 16 Grad Celsius. Wir haben nur mit dem Kamin und dem kostenlosen Holz Innentemperaturen von über 20 Grad Celsius (bis 24 Grad Celsius) hinbekommen ohne die elektrischen Heizkörper zu nutzen. Es kühlt sich aber in der Nacht wieder ab, es handelt sich um ein "Sommerhaus". Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig am Oderhaff, schöne Spaziergänge und Radtouren sind möglich. Das Boot hat einen kleinen Motor mit Plastikpropeller, mit dem wir uns bei Wellengang nicht ins Haff getraut haben. Gegenüber vom Haus könnte man direkt über einen kleinen Schutzdamm im Wasser baden. Eine Gartendusche gibt es auch. Telefonisch gemeldete Mängel im Haus werden umgehend durch einen handwerklich geübten Nachbarn beseitigt, der übrigens auch beim Slippen des Bootes und bei Fahrradreparaturen hilft. Unseren Hund konnten wir in dem umzäunten Garten frei laufen lassen. Der Zaun ist relativ dicht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Blick vom Balkon des Obergeschosses über den Garten und das Haff.”
