The apartments are part of historic, renovated houses in the heart of the medieval village. The village built in a typical Ligurian style lies on the crest of a hill, like a lizard basking in the sun.

The family-run tourist enterprise offers cosy, comfortable holiday apartments that have been thoughtfully decorated and can accommodate two to six people.


Some of the apartments feature a terrace with sea or mountain views, and a parking space. One apartment even has a garden with sea views.

The accommodation is completely and thoughtfully furnished. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating, a modern bathroom and a washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Pets are welcome. Free Internet access is available in all the apartments.

Holiday apartment on two floors with a pretty terrace in a traffic-free area

The apartment is located on a street in a medieval village that is closed to cars.



The living space of around 70m² is on two floors. The accommodation has been carefully decorated, with attention to detail. The apartment provides two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor and a guest WC on the ground floor, which is particularly convenient. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian espresso maker and coffee machine, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The kitchen will be appreciated by aspiring cooks. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. Owing to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor, this accommodation is suitable for six people. There is also a dining area and a flatscreen TV with a home cinema system, and wireless Internet access. From here, opposite the kitchen, one can access the large terrace with a table and two deckchairs, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the hills or dine outdoors.



Private parking spaces, which are just 50 metres away and can be seen from the terrace, are also provided.



The owners live on the same road, also just 50 metres away, and will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have. The house is in the historic centre of the medieval village of Lingueglietta, just ten minutes from the sea. It is on a slight elevation and is surrounded by olive trees. It is about six kilometres from the coast, near a number of well-known places on the Italian Riviera and the Cote d’Azur, such as Nice, Monte Carlo, Dolceacqua, la Valle delle Meraviglie, Sanremo, Triora, le Grotte di Toirano. In the village there are two restaurants and a pizzeria, as well as a grocery shop that is open from Monday to Friday, 8.00-12.00. The village is very small and can be crossed in just five minutes on foot. The nearest big supermarkets are in San Lorenzo al Mare (6km) and in Santo Stefano (10km, Lidl) and in Arma Taggia (15km – Conad, Leclerc, Euronice).

    “Wir haben hier, trotz schlechtem Wetter, Anfang November, viele gemütliche Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Es fanden sich viele Bücher, Spiele und Filme in deutscher, englischer, französischer oder italienischer Sprache. Die Küche ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet.”

    “Wir (1 Erwachsener + 3 Kinder) waren in der letzten Augustwoche 2017 zu Gast. Das Haus war komplett möbliert und eingerichtet! Alles was das Herz begehrt! Vom Ventilator, Babybett, Bücher und DVDs in verschiedenen Sprachen, Waschmaschine bis hin zu einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Handmixer, Waage, usw), es war alles vorhanden! Sehr sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand! Der Vermieter, wohnt drei Häuser nebenan, ist sehr nett und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Umgang! Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine und Berge. Eigener Parkplatz vorm Haus!
    Alles in allem einfach perfekt! Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, und wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen! Sehr zu empfehlen!”
