Apartment in a historical building with a balcony and a view of the Moselle
This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building the heart of the old town of Zell an der Mosel.
The apartment is on the third floor and has a balcony with a view of the Moselle. It provides the latest technology and around 107m² of living space. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. There are three bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room has two sofas and a TV. The high ceilings, at 3.30m, are typical of historical buildings. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, four cooking rings, a dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter) and a dining space. A welcome bottle of wine is presented on arrival and a Senseo coffee to recover from the journey. An iron and ironing board are available and the whole house has free wireless Internet access.
The apartment features original wooden flooring or natural parquet. Satellite TV/radio, a DVD player and HDMI connections are provided. There is also a bicycle storage room that can be accessed directly from the street (Moselle side). Many car parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the street and on the adjacent parking area.
The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone with a view of the vineyards of the “Zeller schwarze Katz”.

“Lägenheten har ett fantastiskt läge. t över floden Mosel på ena hållet och vinbergen på motsatta sidan.
Vi saknade viss utrustning i köket och stekpannan bör bytas ut omgående.
Något välkomstvin upptäckte inte vi.”
“Sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung und reichlich Platz für sechs Personen. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, reichlich Ablagen und große Schlafzimmerschränke machen einen uneingeschränkten längeren Aufenthalt möglich. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die Schlüsselübergabe von Frau Lawer: nach kurzem Telefonat war sie vor Ort, sie gab uns viele nützliche Tipps. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in Wohnungsnähe ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Haus. Jegliche Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Um diese Vorzüge zu genießen müssen einige Treppenstufen überwunden werden. Für uns hat es sich gelohnt. Wir kommen wieder!!!!”
