This antique stone property at 1 km from Badia Agnano includes both a new and an old water mill. The old mill has its origins in the 12th century and is divided into two large living quarters that are not connected and have separate entrances. The terraces and windows face a small beck. The old mill (400 m²) offers nine bedrooms; the new one (200 m²) offers three bedrooms, still including the old mill stones. The house was renovated and restored to its original character and is ideal for groups who will marvel at the beautiful outdoor area and the comfort of the interior. Large, private and cultivated outdoor areas with gazebo and wrought iron parasols surround the house. Wood burning oven for pizza. There is space for 25 people in the dining room and on the terrace. A billiard room is included. Distances: 8 km to Bucine, 25 km tom Arezzo, 35 km to Siena and 55 km to Florence.

    “Ett mycket trevligt hus, med bra sängar och fint tomt/ miljö. Jättestro härlig pool och möjlighet att grilla. Bra kök och utrustning ( saknas dock vinkork vilket är konstigt i Italien :D ). Vi var 21 personer och det funkade utomordentligt bra. Att rekomendera för ett större sällskap. Smidig nyckelöverlämning på plats i huset.”

    “Wir waren mit 8 Paaren in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits, jedoch alle sehenswerten Orte der Toskane sind problemlos per Auto zu erreichen. Das Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub benötigt. Pool, Grill, Pizzaofen, Freisitz und Spielwiese für Kinder. Die Räume sind sehr individuell und rustikal ausgestattet. Das ganze Anwesen ist umzäunt und kann Abends geschlossen werden. Parkplätze genügend auf dem Grundstück. Die Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.”
