Grazioso appartamento situato nella località di Tanaunella, a poche centinaia di metri dalla spiaggia di Porto Ainu.

La casa è situata in zona residenziale tranquilla. A pochi km la cittadina di Budoni dove apprezzare gli spettacoli estivi.



La casa dispone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno completo con doccia, wc, bidet lavabo e lavatrice, sala/cucina dove è presente un divano letto due posti. In sala è presente anche un climatizzatore. All'esterno veranda arredata cont avolo e sedie, barbecue e doccia esterna. Vista sul giardino, posto auto interno. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti la biancheria da letto e da bagno. Non ci sono costi aggiuntivi. 



All'esterno una fresca veranda arredata con gusto, barbecue, doccia esterna e parcheggio privato.



la casa è distante dal rumore della città ma anche comoda per spostarsi verso le più belle località della zona-



Pochi minuti di macchina da Budoni, e a pochi chilometri anche da San Teodoro.
