Located in a residential area of Couffouleux, quiet and not far from the Tarn river; The La Petite Suisse gîte has the necessary comfort for a relaxing holiday, ideal for exploring the Tarn and surrounding areas.
You are halfway between Toulouse and Albi, twenty minutes from beautiful Gaillac to discover the history of wine and visit the bastides and hilltop villages. Moreover, the bastide town of Rabastens is accessible on foot from the gîte: only 1km separates you from the center!
If you wish to leave the car at the gîte to discover the region, it is entirely possible since the Rabastens-Couffouleux train station is 5 minutes away on foot, watch in hand!
** THE GITE **
Brand new single-storey house, adjoining the owner's house (rear of the house). Everyone has their own independent access.
In front of the entrance to the gîte, you can park your car.
- Living room with lounge, dining table and open kitchen with a bay window opening onto a covered terrace with garden at the back of the gîte
* living room area with TV and convertible sofa for possible additional sleeping of 2 people.
* kitchen in the corner with built-in equipment: oven, microwave, Senseo® pod coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, etc.
* air-conditioned living room
- From the small corridor:
* Bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm
* Bedroom with double bed 160
* Shower room with shower, single sink, toilet and washing machine
Outside: semi-covered terrace to enjoy grilling with the barbecue/plancha, garden furniture and small garden of around 30m². This outdoor space is enclosed with a barrier separating the owner's garden and that of the gîte.
La Petite Suisse is located in a dead end street which serves the owner's house and that of his family as well as a few neighbors. At the end of the road, there is a dirt road that you will enjoy for strolling above the Tarn river, accessible only about fifty meters from the gîte. Relaxing and ideal for exploring the Tarn and the surrounding area. .
