A quiet countryside in the Albigensian mountains, 20km from the Episcopal City of Albi, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, and only 23km from the beautiful city of Cordes-sur-Ciel. Two wonders to absolutely discover during your stay in the Tarn. You are not very far from Aveyron, only 40 minutes by car separate you from Rodez from the gîte.

** THE GITE **
House adjoining that of the owners with a private terrace for the gîte.

You have access to the owners' large garden (1 hectare) and will share the swimming pool with them and their family.
10x4m swimming pool with a 1.40m flat bottom.

Air-conditioned gîte on one level (with a few steps on the terrace and inside).

Living room: kitchen open to the dining room / living room with TV, but you will better enjoy taking your meals outside, on the terrace facing the swimming pool and the large garden.
Kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but you have a private washing machine.

Two rooms :
- 140x190cm bed and 90x190cm bed to comfortably accommodate 2 people
- 160x200cm bed, bedroom with TV and direct access to the terrace

Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Terrace with garden furniture, dining table and barbecue/plancha.

You can park near the gîte, in a car park closed by a gate, to be shared with the owners' cars. Otherwise, you can park in front of the gîte, the road is not very busy. The lodge is more than 400m from a railway line linking Albi to Rodez, traffic is limited, less than ten trains per day and you can barely hear the trains passing in the distance.

PETS: only one animal is allowed. On site, you will surely come across the two owners who are as kind as they are big.
