Holiday home with air conditioning near the thermal baths

The standig individually holiday home, built in 2000 and renovated in 2022 is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Location
Zalakaros, 162 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 780 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Our apartment is located on the outskirts of Zalakaros, in a quiet location near the forest, just a short walk from the popular Granite Bath. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Free air conditioning. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), safe, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via antenna, satellite. 12 Hungarian language channels with antenna and satellite channels in English, German etc. language. has hypoallergenic pillows.

The entrance in your holiday home leads directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. An outside staircase leads to the entrance area, from there a staircase leads up to the granny flat. The stairwell leads to an anteroom, where each room can be entered through its own door. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and (garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, parasol). 2 bedrooms each (14 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook (13 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), fridge (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

The apartment does not offer catering, but you can reserve a table in our partner restaurant, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in comfortable conditions.Our partner gives a 10% discount on the price of the meals.If desired, meals can also be ordered for delivery to the apartment or even to the spa, where the order will be picked up at reception.
