Newly built holiday home with 66 sqm living space for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- Own 485 sqm plot- 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 1.80m x 2.00m, 2x single bed 0.90m x 2.00m, 1x single bed 0.90m x 2.00m + bunk bed)- 1 spacious living room with large floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave- 1 storage room / 1 hallway- covered sun terrace with garden furniture- outside water tapThe house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the ferry dock (eg.The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne in the immediate vicinity of the dyke, the ferry pier (e.g. passenger/bike ferry to Wilhelmshaven) and a 50,000 m2 inland lake belonging to the holiday village (with an approx. 500 m2 sandy beach directly on the inland lake, swimming pontoon and jetties). The Eckwarderhörne lido with its beach hall, lighthouse, ferry landing stage and starting point for guided mudflat walks is around 800 m away. The holiday village is idyllically situated away from the traffic and has the "To'n Spieker" dyke inn, bicycle hire, children's playground and a 1000 m2 play area with beach volleyball court, badminton court, basketball hoop, outdoor table tennis table, sandpit and swings.

    “Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist gut.Das W Lan ist sehr gut. Um sich an den Strand zu legen muss man einige km fahren. Die Ferienhäuser sind sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist sauber.”
