In the Pays de Cocagne, a beautiful, large holiday home with private swimming pool, ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The house is huge, 320m², with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 shower rooms, very pleasant in all seasons. The grounds are planted with trees and bordered by a small stream running down from the heights of Lacapelle, making for a cool spot in summer. The swimming pool is heated to 28°C from April to the end of October, and is also very large (10x7m). In fine weather, especially in summer, you can enjoy the two terraces, one to the north and the other to the south. There's a boules pitch, a volleyball/badminton court and a football pitch, and you'll have the pleasure of enjoying the vegetable garden, with fruit and vegetables available in season (strawberries, raspberries, courgettes, tomatoes, fresh onions, salads, aromatic herbs, etc.). In winter, what could be more convivial than an evening of billiards by the fire in the huge lounge with bar?
En Namiel is located in the heart of the Occitanie region, in the Tarn between Lavaur and Damiatte, right next to the Fiac golf course. Must-sees during your stay : Albi and the Episcopal City, the City of Carcassonne, Revel and the Sources du Canal du Midi in the Montagne Noire, Lautrec, the Gaillac vineyards, etc...
