La Maison dans les Champs is located at a place called L'en Daydé which in Occitan means "surrounded by woods", as the traditional farms of the Pays de Cocagne once were. Nowadays, the old stable has become a Gîte de Caractère, earning the regional label "Art of living in our country residences", which highlights the quality of the renovation and respect for materials and ancestral know-how.

** THE GITE **

Large house of 200m² fitted out in the old stable of a traditional farmhouse. Vast garden of more than 2000m² which then overlooks cereal fields, games for children, large covered terrace with charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, beautiful heated and private swimming pool of 5m x 10m. Depth of the swimming pool: 1.10m to 1.80m with beach steps for the little ones.

Ground floor :
- Spacious living room with open fitted kitchen, living room with a beautiful monumental fireplace, free wood, four sofas. Satellite and TNT television, WiFi internet.
* Kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, mixer, food processor.
- Laundry room with washing machine and household utensils
- Bedroom with double bed 160x200cm, accessible to people with reduced mobility with private bathroom with toilet (empty space under the sink, bar and shower seat).

The gîte is located in a dead end with three or four residential houses at the start of the road, the owners' house, the gîte and a farm at the end of the road, therefore very quiet. Private parking next to the gîte.

Cantou Paouruc, which means surrounded by woods , is part of a charming hamlet in the Pays de Cocagne, South West of France near Toulouse.

This large, recent gîte (cottage), grants all modern comfort, while still combining a characterful renovation. Heated swimming-pool (10x5m), depth from 170 to 110 cm. Cleaning service included. All charges included.
