Luxury Villa Ploča

Villa Ploča is an elegant holiday villa situated in the beautiful village of Dol, just 3.2 km from the famous town Stari Grad on the island Hvar. This stylish villa located in a quiet and secluded area provides everything needed to immerse yourself in complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and beaches are available just a short drive away from the villa (3-5 km). Split Airport is 71 km away.

Villa Ploča covers 110m2 of living area divided on two floors. The contemporary exterior with clean lines combined with meticulously and luxuriously furnished interior equipped with everything the guests might need during their stay makes this villa a true home away from home. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. This marvelous villa was built in 2018. And while its walls were built in the style of traditional Dalmatian stone houses, it has a modern and open interior which provides our guests with comfort, privacy and a sense of being in a small, luxurious oasis. The modernly equipped kitchen, which has everything you might need to prepare your favorite meals, leads way into the spacious dining room with a large wooden table. The living room is also connected to both the kitchen and the dining room and is furnished with a large sofa and SAT TV. 

The highlight of this marvelous villa is undoubtedly the outdoor area with a spacious patio. The guests can spend their days swimming in the heated outdoor pool or sunbathing on the sun loungers. Pool area is also equipped with an outdoor shower. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors have access to an outdoor barbecue, while guests keen on exercise will certainly make use of the gym facilities. There is also an massage tub next to the swimming pool and pool table which guests can spend their leisure time enjoying.

Villa Ploča is fully air conditioned and equipped with smart SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, indoor fireplace, outdoor jacuzzi and pool, garden furniture, outdoor BBQ, iron and ironing board, baby cot, high chair, mosquito nets, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, table football and a pool table. The property offers parking space free of charge. The swimming pool can be heated in April, May and September with additional charge.



Stari Grad is the historical heart of the island of Hvar. The town is situated in a landscape where the blue of the deep bay touches the green of the wide and famous field of Pharos, with vineyards and olive-groves. The fields used to provide sustenance and the bay provided protection.Today, both the fields and the bay add an attractive quality to the island, in which the modern vacation sights have become intertwined with the antiquities of the town and of the island.Because of its position in the middle of the Hvar island, for centuries Stari Grad was a safe harbour to sailors, which have been welcomed by town inhabitants on harbour promenade. Stari Grad bay is still regularly visited by most of the travellers on boats passing through middle Dalmatia.The town is surrounded with pine tree forest and cooled with summer breeze (maestral). In the hot summer days it is one of the rare Dalmatian places where the air is fresh and the sleep refreshing. A thousand years long history of the Town has left many monuments in the urban structure of the Town.NOTE: When you arrive with the ferry in Stari Grad by car there are signs leading to the villa on the street to Jelsa/Dol. If you are arriving with the ferry in town Hvar, you need to take a taxi or rental car to Dol. The housekeeper is going to wait the guests in the villa and not in the ferry port.
