Near the biosphere reserve Schorfheide and the nature park Barnim lies the beautiful and cozy vacation home in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse between fields and the Oder-Havel-Canal. It is located in the idyllic north of Brandenburg and is only 35km away from Berlin.

The wooden house with Scandinavian flair is in a prime location and has its own garden with a large sun terrace to relax and unwind. On the terrace they have garden furniture and barbecue, which promise beautiful summer evenings. Due to the south-west orientation of the house, the sun will appear for you until the evening, an existing parasol will protect you.

The house is modernly furnished and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bright bedrooms with a box spring bed and two single beds. Furthermore, there are two cozy sofa beds.
On the gallery you have a unique view of nature and and the terrace. Here you can comfortably read a book on the sofa and let your soul dangle. The house is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Children are welcome, there is a crib and games available.

There is a connection to the fiber optic network and thus a fast, unrestricted and free internet connection is guaranteed. Thanks to smart TV, it will certainly never be boring.

An information folder in the cottage contains tips about the surroundings and places to visit, which are also interesting for children.

Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. For beautiful excursions to the lake we recommend the Liepnitzsee (20 km) or the Werbellinsee (24 km).

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.

The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.
