Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll in Arvenholz eingerichtet. Es ist eine 1 ½ Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon Richtung Süden und Blick ins Skigebiet. Sie hat einen länglichen Grundriss mit einem Doppelschlafzimmer welches mit Wand in Arvenholz vom Wohnzimmer getrennt ist. Nach Süden liegt ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Chemineé und Polstergruppe und Esstisch. Der Innenausbau ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Wohnung eignet sich für ein Paar ohne Kinder.
Die Küche ist mit Elektroherd und Abwaschmaschine ausgestattet. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine/Tumbler für die Benutzung mit Münzautomaten ist im Keller. Ein Parkplatz steht bin der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.
Die nächste Transportanlage mit Verbindung zum Skigebiet ist die Sesselbahn Platz, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum mit Post und VOLG Supermarkt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Im Winter fährt ab Weinachten bis Ostern täglich alle 30 Minuten der Gratis-Sport Bus die Strecke Südelhöhe – Rothorn, damit sind alle Talstationen und auch das Zentrum Sörenberg bestens erschlossen, die Haltestelle ist vor dem Haus.
