Flat in villa located in a very quiet area Apartment on the first floor in villa located at the end of a private road and bordering a private property. In the surroundings there are meadows and vineyards. The cycle paths connecting Riva del Garda to Arco and Torbole pass at the beginning of the private road.
Bright and spacious, up to 5 people can stay: guests can spread out in the spaces present without disturbing each other. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a large living room with a sofa bed for one person, and a kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the rooms and mobile fans in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and an induction hob. Appliances are available: refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and minipimer. Other equipment: satellite television, clothes rack, wardrobe and chest of drawers, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. A high chair for children is available on request. At the back of the house there is a brick barbecue for grilling. The house is equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Guests are given a set of keys and in case of special needs, please specify at the time of booking. We will inform arriving guests of the security code of the safe-box located near the entrance gate where the keys to the flat are placed.

From the flat there is direct access to the terrace for exclusive use and to the garden (completely fenced in) via an internal staircase. The large TERRACE is equipped with an iron railing, we remind you that IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CLIMB ON THE RAIL. We therefore ask that you do not leave your children unattended on the terrace. The GARDEN has a pedestrian pathway and access to it via a step. In the back garden of the house there is a STAIRWAY leading to the cellar, which is completely fenced and equipped with a gate. We recommend that children are not allowed to ARRANGE in this area and that they are kept under the supervision of an adult. We accept no responsibility for any improper behaviour, whether intentional or unintentional, which may cause damage to people, animals or things in the areas of the house mentioned above. Animals may be left free in the garden, in agreement with the guests who may be present on the upper floor, maintaining the decorum and cleanliness of the spaces and with behaviour that does not cause material damage, disturbance or fear to other guests. The driveway at the side of the house can be used as an internal parking area for cars or motorbikes and the use of these spaces must be carried out, in agreement with the other guests who may be present, without causing obstruction to the activities of any of the guests. In the flat there are specific containers for each type of waste.

The flat requires self check-in. Arriving guests will be advised of the code in the safe-box located near the driveway entrance gate where the keys to the entrance door are located. At the end of your holiday please leave the keys in the safe-box where you collected them. It is necessary that, by the day you enter the flat, you send a copy of the valid identity documents of all persons present in the flat, for the obligatory reporting to the police.
We recommend that you do not leave small children unsupervised in the bathroom and kitchen. At the end of your stay please leave the keys to the flat in the safe-box where you found them on arrival
Sojourn tax must be paid on the spot. In the case of a stay with more than one pet, an additional fee will be charged.
IMPORTANT : there is a contact person on site who can be contacted for any problems during your stay, as the owner does not live on site

Not far from the centre and services, pharmacy, supermarkets and the beach. The bike paths that connect Riva del Garda to Arco and Torbole sul Garda , connect from the beginning of the private road.
