Surrounded by lush vegetation and a spacious garden with private pool, this modern villa - simple yet comfortable and elegant - is located along one of the most attractive areas of the whole region, just at the tip of Puglia. It is located just 3 km away from Santa Maria di Leuca, a famous resort with tourist harbor and all main amenities and close by there are many sandy beaches of the southwest side (Pescoluse called “the Maldives of Puglia”).
The villa consists of two independent units: the main house has a modern-contemporary style, with a wide and fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and one double bedroom; the annex has its own kitchen with dining area and sofa bed, one double bedroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and all windows have net curtains.
The surrounding garden is very spacious, full of olive trees, and fenced along all borders so that it will guarantee the maximum privacy. The dining area is equipped to let guests dining al fresco and the built-in-BBQ is overlooking the blue sea. Two more sitting areas are located in the garden, just outside the houses.
The pool (10x5 mt) is located within the two units and provides sun umbrellas and sun-beds.
The Adriatic coast nearby Santa Maria di Leuca is one of the most beautiful areas of Puglia. It is characterized by a high and rocky coast where to admire the panorama. There are many spots where to swim, hidden bays with deep water and small caves to dive in. On the west coast, you’ll find a smooth coast with long sandy beaches. The closest point where to sunbath is Santa Maria di Leuca with its local beach and lidos otherwise guest loving more naturalist areas can choose the little fjord of “Ciolo”. You need a car for daily transfers or make shopping. All amenities in Santa Maria di Leuca. In about 10 minutes by car, at “Pesculuse”, famous for its sunny beaches.
