Great holiday home in Lora Del Río with private pool

Exclusive chalet with 350 m2 of living space, surrounded by olive and orange groves, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The village of Lora del Río is 4.5 kilometres away. Here you will find various supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries and, of course, restaurants with traditional Andalusian dishes, bars and coffee shops. Lora del Río also offers many interesting shops such as traditional crafts, fashion, jewellery, etc. Of course, the weekly market - "mercadillo" - is always held on Tuesday mornings and offers seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as fashion and household goods. There is also a railway station in this town with connections to SEVILLA and CORDOBA. Of course, there are also medical centres, pharmacies and churches. A large reservoir nearby is ideal for swimming and fishing. Other sporting activities such as hiking, jogging and mountain biking can be enjoyed in the nearby recreation park approx. 1 km away. The house has two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a whirlpool bath, a large fully equipped American kitchen, a large lounge of 100 m2, round arches and a fireplace. The house is surrounded by three covered terraces and also offers a large open terrace with palm trees and a fountain. Attached to the chalet is a large private pool area with sun loungers, pergola, barbecue area and sports facilities. Here, too, there are unique views over the surrounding countryside. Here you can enjoy your holiday in beautiful nature and tranquillity. Brief description and facilities: Chalet for max. 14 people and can only be rented in its entirety. - 350m2 living space, all rooms at ground level, senior-friendly, pets on request - 4 large bedrooms with double bed and single bed - 1 access room with individual beds - 2 large bathrooms with shower, one of which also has a whirlpool - large lounge with fireplace, sofas and dining area, TV-Satelit, Smart TV, WIFI, - American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven, - 3 covered outdoor terraces with 210 m2 - pool area 500 m2, private pool 12x6 metres, with garden furniture and sun loungers - General: Towels, bed linen, washing machine, ironing machine, baby cot, high chair, table tennis, boccia, fitness equipment, badminton, basketball, football goal for children, and bicycles are available for our guests and much more.

The chalet is located on an olive finca of 50,000 m2, surrounded by olive and orange groves and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Attached to the chalet is a large private pool area equipped with loungers, pergola, barbecue area and sports facilities. Again with unique views over the surrounding countryside.

The house is built at ground level and is therefore suitable for the elderly and disabled. Pets are welcome on request. In addition to its spacious rooms, this house offers absolute peace and privacy, but you can enjoy the Andalusian flair, traditions and typical food in the nearby village of Lora del Rio in just a few minutes.

Local leisure activities: in the immediate vicinity there is a nature park with playgrounds, hiking and sports facilities, horse riding, cycling, tennis, a nearby reservoir invites you to go boating. The village of Lora del Río is 4 km away - car is required - and offers supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, weekly market, medical centres, train station, churches. Sights such as Seville, Carmona, Granada Cordoba, Malaga, Ronda, Cadiz or Jerez de la Frontra are easily accessible by car or train. A large reservoir nearby is ideal for swimming and fishing.
