House in Saint-Pol-De-Léon with Large Garden

The holiday house is about 500 metres from the beach in a quiet location in the centre of a rural, typical Breton village, opposite and with a view of Rocsoff, Saint Pol de Léon and Carantec.

The two-storey house of around 70m² can accommodate four people. The ground floor has a living room (ca. 30m²) with an open and fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining corner for four people, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and WC. The living room provides a sofa with a flatscreen TV. The wo bedrooms are on the first floor. One is furnished with a double bed (140 x 190cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 190cm). All the rooms have heating and wireless Internet access is available.

Guests can make themselves comfortable outside on the terrace with a beautiful sea view or under the pergola, while children play in the enclosed garden. Cars can be parked on the 1000m² lawn. There is also a private boules area.

Two bicycles are available for use free of charge for the duration of your stay. A cot is also available.

The house is ideal for leisurely explorations of the Breton coast. The beach is about 500 metres away, less than a five-minute walk, and the nearest hiking trail is about 50 metres awy. The nearest grocery shop is about 4km away, as well as restaurants and cafés.

    “Quiet and comfortable, close to beaches and the facilities of St Pol de Leon and Roscoff. Only problem is that the broadband connection is very slow. We used mobile data instead during our stay.”

    je vous remercie de votre avis positif ! Effectivement la connection internet bas débit est alléatoire et asse lente , la fibre est prévue dans 2 ou 3 ans en rural je crois et j'espère que ce problème sera règlé !

    “Toller Platz für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Hund auf einem phantastischen Grundstück Positiv: Das Haus lebt von dem wansinnig schönen und großen Gundstück mit herrlicher Aussicht. Es gbt so viele Sitzbereiche, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit einen Sonnen oder Schattenplatz nach Belieben findet.
    Auch unser Hund war mehr als begeistert, viele Spazierwege starten direkt vor der Tür. Negativ: Im Haus selbst ist Alles da was man braucht, es könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen.”

    “Mooie en praktisch ingerichte woning.
    De tuin is mooi aangelegd met ingerichte zithoekjes zodat je steeds een plaatsje in de zon en uit de wind kan vinden.
    Helemaal afgesloten, veilig genoeg om je honden los te laten lopen.

    Alleen opletten voor je hoofd bij een paar deuropeningen die echt wel laag zijn.”

    “Gute Infrastruktur im Haus, es war alles gut und reichlich da, was zu einem gemütlichen Wohnen gehört. Speziell hervorzuheben, ist der wunderschöne Garten, mit all seinen kleinen Nischen und Sitzgelegenheiten, welche uns je nach Wind und Sonnenstand jeweils an einen anderen Ort hinzogen.

    Was uns ebenfalls sehr beeindruckte war die Lage des Hauses, welches leicht erhöht herrliche Sichten über die Bucht ergaben. Freie Sicht nicht ganz, aber fast 360 Grad.”
