Fabulous holiday house by the sea at Agrustos near Budoni
The holiday house is on a residential complex with about 20 residential units laid out in rows. It is in Agrustos, which is by the sea, belongs to Budoni and is on the east coast of Sardinia. It is on a road with hardly any traffic that leads to the beach.
The fabulous holiday house is an end-of-terrace house and is at ground-level. It was built in 2012 and has a modern and elegant interior. It features fresh colours, with blue floors and tiles and white furniture. It can accommodate up to six people. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 190cm), the second with two single beds (90 x 190cm). The spacious living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for two people, a wooden dining table, chairs and a kitchen block, well-equipped with an oven, gas hob with five rings, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Tableware and cookware are also provided. The flatscreen TV has a satellite receiver. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. There is no heating, nor air conditioning. There is no Internet connection.
The residential complex is fully fenced and closed off by a gate. The living room-kitchen opens onto the veranda with a table and chairs for enjoying meals, relaxing or reading a good book. Behind it there is a private garden of around 300m², which is separated from the neighbouring sites by hedges. It has a lawn and is planted with flowers. Cars can be parked on site outside of the enclosure wall.
The owner lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries.
It is just 300 metres to the beach with crystal clear sea water. Agrustos, the little district of Budoni, is also just 300 metres away and has a restaurant, a general shop, a bar and a tobacconist. The centre of Budoni is 2km away, with all kinds of shops. In the opposite direction, also 2km away, there is the Ottiolu tourist harbour.
