Tolles Appartement in Zinnowitz

Unser im Jahr 1998 neu erbautes Appartement-Hotel Haus „Strandperle“ befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Zinnowitz. Der feine Sandstrand und die weitläufige Promenade sind nur etwa 200m entfernt. Im Haus befinden sich ein Souvenir- und Bekleidungsgeschäft, weitere Shops, Cafés und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 



Es erwarten Sie 24 großzügige Appartements in unterschiedlichen Größen und Lagen. Die Zentrale Rezeption sowie ein Restaurant befinden sich im 150m nahe gelegenem Strandhotel „Preussenhof“. Hauseigene Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr; max. Fahrzeughöhe 1,75 m) stehen Ihnen am Haus zur Verfügung. Alle Appartements verfügen über Bad mit Badewanne oder Dusche/WC, Kabel-TV und teilweise Balkon. Eine gemütliche Sitzecke sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche sind in den Zimmern ebenfalls integriert. Unsere Appartements sind auf 3 Etagen aufgeteilt und über nur wenige Treppenstufen erreichbar. Ein Fahrstuhl ist nicht vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucher-Hotel, jedoch stehen unseren rauchenden Gästen auf Balkonen genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.



Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im Strandhotel "Preussenhof" in der Dünenstrasse 10 in 17454 Zinnowitz.

    “Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt! Es liegt mitten im Dünenwald. Zum Sandstrand, der hier vergleichsweise leer und schön sauber ist, sind es nur wenige Meter, was insbesondere mit Kleinkindern ideal ist.

    Die Zimmeraufteilung ist praktisch und gut. Leider waren in den Schlafzimmern keine Kleiderschränke vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin. Die Heizung mit Nachtspeicheröfen ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider war keine Beschreibung vor Ort. Auch eine Bedienungsanleitung für die im Haus befindliche Münz-Sauna wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist okay. Geschirr ist für eine vierköpfige Familie ausreichend vorhanden. Leider wurde bei der übrigen Küchenausstattung (jedenfalls im Hinblick auf den Preis der Unterkunft) gespart. Insbesondere die Töpfe hatten ihre besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Das ist noch verbesserungsfähig.

    Dennoch ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die schnelle Hilfe durch die Vermieterin war super! Wir haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.”
